The human hand

The first stage of cultivation is a fully automated planting process.
Peat is placed into pre-washed pots, which in the case of lettuces circulate in a closed cycle in the glass and are not introduced into the environment.
The machine then places the seeds in the pots.  

This is a room where, under specially controlled conditions as to temperature and humidity, vegetable or herb seeds sprout their first sprouts.  

The germinated plants are moved in pots to the beginning of the cultivation table in the greenhouse, where they begin to poke out above the peat surface.
Computer-controlled environmental conditions such as moisture, light, and temperature promote vegetable growth.   

Products that reach a certain size are placed in special troughs, in which water circulates. As the plants grow, they need more and more space on the growing table, moving automatically through the entire length of the greenhouse.   

In summer, the sun, and in winter and at night, a system of advanced led lights provide the plants with the energy needed for the processes of photosynthesis and plant maturation.
Depending on the type of vegetables, several to several weeks pass from planting to this point.   

The sprouted lettuce or herbs are taken off the table, packed in a wrapper and cardboard box and by conveyor belt are sent to dispatch.  

Every afternoon, the previous day's orders are picked, go into the truck, to be placed on store shelves the next day.
